ADVERTISING ACTION - advertising actions of Seller on "THIS COUPONS" to promote goods and services of Seller.
Service
"THIS COUPONSL" advertises the right to get a discount on goods and services of Seller on the website "THIS COUPONS".
Client buys from "THIS COUPONS" the right to get a discount on goods or services of Seller and receives a printable Coupon with the description of goods or services.
Coupon can be used only on condition if the money paid by Client has been transferred to the account of "THIS COUPONS".
Client presents Coupon to Seller, and Seller gives Client a discount on goods or services according to the terms pointed out on "THIS COUPONS" in relation to the goods or services of Seller.
Responsibility
The price of buying Coupon for a discount on goods or services is 1 dollar.
When registered as a user of "THIS COUPONS" or having bought the right to a discount on goods or services through "THIS COUPONS", Client accepts the present Terms of Use.
Client guarantees that the personal data he presents to "THIS COUPONS" are correct.
Buying from "THIS COUPONS" the right to a discount on goods or services, Client accepts the terms pointed out on "THIS COUPONS" in relation to the goods or services of Seller.
Client must immediately inform "THIS COUPONS" if there occur any problems with using "THIS COUPONS" services, payment, or realization of Coupon to Seller.
Responsibility, rights and duties of "THIS COUPONS"
"THIS COUPONS" is obliged in due time to publish unique numbers of the coupons, purchased by Client, in the administration zone of Seller.
If necessary, "THIS COUPONS" has the right without informing Seller to add to, change or suspend the advertisement of goods or services of Seller on "THIS COUPONS".
"THIS COUPONS" will not be responsible for possible mistakes of third parties, which can hamper using "THIS COUPONS" services.
"THIS COUPONS" does not change the purchased Coupons for money.
Responsibility, rights and duties of Seller
Seller is responsible for correct description of his goods or services presented on "THIS COUPONS", as well as for availability and quality of these goods and services.
Seller is obliged to submit goods or services to Client according to their description in Coupon.
If Seller is informed by Client that he has not fulfilled the terms pointed out on "THIS COUPONS" in relation to his goods or services, he is obliged to compensate the cost of Coupon at once.
Seller can refuse to submit goods or services to Client if Client has not presented the active Coupon.
Personal data and their processing
After being registered a user of "THIS COUPONS" and purchasing through "THIS COUPONS" goods or services of Seller, Client gives his consent to processing his or her personal data, as well as to getting information from "THIS COUPONS".
Client has the right to refuse from getting information from "THIS COUPONS" anytime.
"THIS COUPONS" will not sell or rent personal data of Client to anyone except Seller for submitting good or services by Seller according to the terms pointed out on the Coupon purchased by Client.
Advertising Action
The duration of one Advertising Action is 14 days.
"THIS COUPONS" sellers participate in the network free of charge.
At discounts campaign submission and activation is absolutely FREE, NO Commissions and contract free!.
Changing Terms of Use
"THIS COUPONS" has the right to unilaterally change a service, submitted by "THIS COUPONS", having informed the clients on the "THIS COUPONS" site.
Changes in Terms of Use come in force from the moment of their publication on the "THIS COUPONS" website.
Other
In their actions, "THIS COUPONS", Client and Seller will follow the legislation of the country, in the territory of which the Advertising Action takes place.
Any disagreements relating to using services of "THIS COUPONS" will be negotiated by Client, Seller and "THIS COUPONS". If they will not be able to reach any agreement, the dispute will be resolved in court in the country where the Advertising Action was taking place.
